Living Books published today!

I am really happy to announce that my MIT Press book Living Books. Experiments in the Posthumanities has been published today! It is available in print, in open access PDF on the MIT Press Direct Platform, and on PubPub.

The PubPub version allows direct commenting on and further versioning of Living Books. I have written a short piece on “Versioning and Iterative Publishing” for Common Place to mark the release of the book, which is available here:

Many thanks to everyone who made this book possible, but mostly to all scholars & presses experimenting with the form, the idea, and the political-economy of the book, including colleagues & friends from the Radical Open Access Collective, ScholarLed, Open Humanities Press, COPIM, POP, The Post Office Research Group (PORG), Post-Publishing, and the Centre for Postdigital Cultures
